Tymely Online Conditions of Use
Tymely is owned and operated by Anthony Haas

About Tymely
Tymely lets people pay for the time they actually spend at an event instead of buying a ticket. A host (an artist, promoter or venue) creates an event and a QR code. A guest scans the code, a timer starts, and when the guest leaves they pay only for the time they were there, never more than the price ceiling the host sets.
Tymely works in your web browser; no app is required. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of all Tymely services, including the website at tymely.net, guest timers, host dashboards, Tymely cards and any future app or web-based features as they become available.
Prototype Notice
Tymely is currently a prototype. Payments run in test mode and no real money is charged. Features, pricing and these terms may change before Tymely launches publicly.
Accounts and Tymely Cards
You can scan in, stay and pay without an account. If you create one, we sign you in with a link sent to your email; you are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. Each account comes with a Tymely card, a personal QR code that hosts may scan to check you in and out and to track your time toward rewards. Rewards, if offered, have no cash value and may change or end at any time.
Pricing and Payments
- Hosts set the per-minute rate and the price ceiling for their events.
- Time is billed per started minute, from when you check in until a host confirms you are checked out.
- You will never be charged more than the price ceiling shown for the event.
- A host may change the rate during an event. You will be notified right away, the new rate takes effect no sooner than 5 minutes later, and time you have already spent is never billed at the new rate.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Card minimums may apply to very small amounts.
- If you choose to save a card, you authorize us to charge it when a host confirms your checkout.
- If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will review it.
Hosts
Hosts are responsible for their events, including the accuracy of event details, the rates and ceilings they set, admission policies, age and ID checks, permits and compliance with applicable laws, including alcohol laws. Tymely is not the organizer of any event listed on the service.
Acceptable Use
By using Tymely, you agree to use the service only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:
